Smartphone Filmmakers will look at the possibilities for filmmakers to create content solely on a smartphone. Speakers will include Eleanor Mannion (RTÉ), Julie Ryan (MK1 Productions), Judie Russell (The Vidacademy) and Jean Devlin (Independent Producer).
