At Seigla Creative Center a few businesses and projects are hosted, with 9 employees. In the basement there is a workshop for creative art and crafts as well as facilities for Husavik Academic Center. The main floor hosts a library, offices and staff facilities. At the top floor there are facilities for Urdarbrunnur, Advania, Verkis and the regional sport association HSÞ. In the house there are also spaces for workshops/seminars, innovation and developmental projects.
The main goal of Seigla is to create opportunities for innovation and new jobs in Thingeyjarsveit, as well as supporting enterprises that are already established.
