MACHINE VISION LENS INSPECTION
Optically demanding applications include inspection of machine vision lenses, where not only the quality of light conduction is checked, but also whether the product has been degraded during production by scratches, excessive amounts of dust or fingerprints from production operators. We use our own neural networks for similar applications.

The essential parts produced in the automotive industry are those that perform a safety function. 100% certainty of the presence, faultlessness and traceability of security elements is an absolute necessity today. We offer our customers a complete solution, including a system for storing data on the inspection of each product.
GUIDANCE AND CONTROL OF ROBOTIC APPLICATIONS
Part of the applications we offer is not only the control of the already performed process, but also its management. The synergistic applications in our company include, for example, optical guidance of laser machining of manufactured parts with subsequent control of the performed process and ensuring the traceability of parts.
PACKAGE COMPLETENITY CHECK
During production, it is also essential to check the completeness of the packaging and the labeling of the packaging. Due to possible variations in the location of individual products in the package, we use neural networks for these applications. The customer thus obtains information on whether the package is complete, sealed and correctly marked.
COMPLETE EVALUATION WORKPLACE
Construction of complete evaluation workstations not only for normally large parts, but also for units such as workplaces to evaluate the aerodynamic rise of the front surfaces of prototype vehicles. All this again using lasers, optical sensors and our software.
ENSURING CORRECT FILLING IN MEDICINE
In manufacturing in the healthcare sector, the absolute precision of production and its capacity are among the important attributes. An example of such an application is the optical filling of tubes of the exact volume with the correct fluid in the completed package and in motion.

Complete control stations, eg on dashboards with the so-called Poka-Yoke function, measure / control tens to hundreds of parameters, eg joint sizes, presence of components, color defects on surfaces, etc.
