Research has suggested creative industries are dynamic and a resilient sector. However, more evidence is needed that clearly demonstrates its value. We’re working to build this evidence through a creative momentum project‘s ‘intelligence and influence’ activities. One area of work we’re carrying out is an Economic Impact Assessment of the creative sector in each of the project regions. This involves gathering information on creative businesses, organisations and freelancers to build a more reflective picture of the sector in each region.
One way we’re gathering information is by conducting a survey. The more evidence we gather, the more robust our findings will be. Thanks to everyone who has taken time out to complete it so far. We still however need to gather more evidence. If you haven’t been able to complete the survey yet, please complete it to help us shape the future of creative industry policy in your region.
