Seminar programme for Cultural Heritage and Regional & Local Development

Teagasc will launch the new EU NPA-funded Craft Reach project in Ireland during the seminar.  The keynote talk will be by Professor Claude Dubé, UNESCO Chair in Cultural Heritage, University of Laval, Quebec.  Professor Dubé has been involved in the Économusée cultural tourism model for the past 20 years.
