Artwood is a family business based in Co. Leitrim, Ireland. Giolla and Emily are a creative team, taking on and managing all the tasks of a small craft business. They have been in business since 2014.
Giolla is a carpenter by trade and uses his many skills to produce suncatchers. Emily deals with the customers at markets, on-line or over the phone. Giolla and Emily are very proud of what they make and always strive to create high-quality, long lasting pieces that people will enjoy for years to come.
Emily will join participate in a Q&A session at ‘Tap the Tourism Potential of your Region’, the Creative Exchange that will take place on Tuesday 14 November in Boyle, Co. Roscommon.
Emily will talk about the connections between product and place and reaching out to the tourism market.
