Forest Days aims to celebrate the special relationship that Polish communities share with the forest. The forest is one of the most priceless treasures of Polish national heritage. For Polish people, the wilderness has always been a great source of natural richness; from food, through medicine to wood used for tools, jewellery or as building materials but also inspiration in art, culture and music.
From folk tales and music, to photo exhibitions, architecture displays, workshops, and fun family activities, Forest Days will provide a platform for cultural exchange and learning, and strengthen the ever-growing connections between Poland and Ireland.
