Using a business model canvas, we will work to complete a one page outline of the key features of your business that can easily be tweaked as your business grows and develops. Completing a business model will help you to see how all elements of your business fit together; understanding your priorities and fully fleshing out your ideas.
This is a workshop for start-up businesses in the creative sector or for those with an idea to put into practice – no prior business plans required!
